The following story happened about two years ago at Universal Joint in Oakhurst, Decatur GA. I’m writing about it because recently a friend and I were talking about our lack of desire to have kids. In the conversation we both talked about how we couldn’t imagine having kids, we both have a lot left on our to-do list of freedom. Then the focus of our talk shifted to parents that take their kids everywhere; the movies, bars, and other adult venues where kids should not exist.

I really meant to post this article back when the Jay Leno, Conan O’Brian, NBC love triangle was all the rage in entertainment news. At the time NBC-Gate (sorry that’s all I got, I wanted to be more clever, but that’s it) was in full swing I was also putting the finishing touches on birdsend.com. Getting the site to function correctly was the priority.
